Duncan was a new Signing for the 2002 / 03 season, Duncan made his debut on the 2002 tour against Dutch side Smishoek and managed to grab his first goal for the club also on that tour. In his first full season with the club he picked up the Players' Most Improved Player award and since then he has gone from strength to strength. Duncan usually plays at left back but he could do an equally fine job at centre back.
