Clarkey is one of the team's most valuable and aggressive players. He loves nothing better than putting a crunching tackle on opposing midfielders.

Clarkey originally started playing as a centre back for the club but he has in recent seasons ended up playing further up the pitch.

He takes very good set pieces especially free kicks and he won the Goal of the Season award for 04-05 season with a curling free kick against Cranford Casuals.

Richard started the League Trophy Final from the bench and came on in the second half and made a real difference setting up Dutty's winner.

He an injury plagued 2005-06 season after breaking his foot against Perivale Resident's Association during our 2-1 in the Middlesex Cup. With Paul Dutton standing down, Geoff Wheeler appointed Richard as new team captain.
